I play a druid and i am trying to go from a tauren to a female night elf druid witha
belf moonkin form a a satyr tree form. i can be a fem nelf and go satyr fine.
But when i add the satyr OR the female mod edit my Boomkin goese back to normal.
Same thign if i change my mounts. it goese back to normal, but the mounts change.

is it not possible to use certain edits together?

Depending on how the edit was done, some don't overlap.
For example DBC edits that use the same database file cannot be active together.

You can check the contents of a .MPQ file with MyWarCraftStudio.

So you must extract the DBCs that are in both patches and merge the content.
Than put all the stuff in one patch.
