Until now I had no real way of testing DBC edits on mounts that I don't have

Here is a fixed patch

You can test them on an emu server of your own. Thats the way everyone tests model edits out without getting banned (which usually is unlikely)

I should get around to setting up an Emu, but there is an addon Livestock which has a 3d Model Viewer, so i can use that to view any npc, only issue with it the original npc needs to be cached

Swift purple wind rider> Frost wyrm and rash raptor > amani warbear
Albino drake> icebound frostbrood

None are working =(. you just rename in data to patch-(t/x/y/n/s)...etc or did i miss some step

Correction, the combo ones are not working.

You can only use one Mount swap at a time.
The way the mount swaps are done is by changing the model id in the dbc file which is essentially a database file. So if you try to use multiple swaps, wow loads up the patches in alphabetical order so the highest letter is the only one that will take effect
