Hey everyone, I have been trying to achieve what this guy seems to have already done. I downloaded the file (patch-q.mpq), now I just need a little more direction as to what to do with it.

just place it in the data folder within your wow folder:

H:\Program Files\World of Warcraft/data

unless theres a new destination for placing these files, theres where you place it. hope this helps
