Would you be able to make an avenging wrath into a shadowform edit?

I get a wow error on the login screen, however im using a race model edit with no problems and not using WoWME or anything. I'd really love to get this working too, any advice, thanks.

Do you have to use this with WoWME 3.3? If so where can I get it? People are saying that you don't need WoWME anymore with patch 3.3
