    [3.3 Race swap] Gnome male to Scourge male!

    Hi. Since Im tagged a leecher I felt like maybe its time to contribute with something. I couldnt find a working mpq for this patch, so i tried myself.

    After reading & learning this thing from scratch i managed to make a working swap for GnM > ScM with some helmfixes and sizefix, also w/o the mountswim dc bug.

    Keep in mind that if u get problems with this, I might not know how to fix it Yet so far it's worked great for me.



    DL: GnM > ScM 3.3

    Put this in ur data folder and rename it to: "patch-#.mpq" and replace the # with a number.


    Massive thanks to Phoen!x & shrumhead for guides and cred goes to Phoen!x for the original mpq.


    I'll try to make some more if this one dosn't get shit feedback please rep me though

    Race swaps never appear to anyone else than yourself. What makes it happen is basiclly ur fooling the game into loading wrong models by making an edited .MPQ file .. or sumth like that Thanks btw! <3

    same problem as with the old model - undead model, but gnome textures

    was never concerned bout the textures as my gnome textures match perfectly with the ud one, but i'll try to fix that aswell at some point.

    to all the people requesting: i dont think im allowed to take any requests yet if i understood the rules right

    It appears to me, that this model change causes the fatal error 132. Before applying the modelchange, I never had any fatal errors. Today I tried it out, and after installing I had over five fatal Errors within one hour.

    Has anybody encountered similar problems with the model change?

    O_O thats wierd I've yet to encounter a crash during this patch

    It seems that the problem is solved. I remembered that I once had a modelchange whichs data file was named patch-Z.MPQ. So i tried it out and renamed this file to patch-Z.MPQ. Since then I had no further errors.
