Yes, you can get the new model edit fix by either donating to mmowned, getting 79 more rep or searching around on google.

this fcking blows! srsly, its rly good and warming to see that ppl help out each other with the models etc, but
god damit dont have the fix exe file in the same URL and place, it will just overheat and not be downloadable again.

Ive got the model and everything ready, but cant download the damn fix file anywhere, some helt pls?

Ehm i may be noobish in this but i DLed the dwarf male --> human male and it didnt work once it was in my wow directory there wasnt any exe is this me that doesnt knows shit about it or is it broken?
