Copy all your threads one and one into for example this, and delete the posts when you are finished, to make the admins happy.

you're screwing up with the skins alpha layers. its why the edges are hard, instead of featherey. i've never totally figured it out, but the method i use (which is probably terrible) is to select the alpha layer, then delete that from the actual skin. it works with some models, but creates black spots on others.

Although I'm not sure you were serious, Prototype, it's the alpha-channel that doesn't seem to work, which makes all of the diffuse-map visible. Alpha-layers are grayscale images that tell the game what parts of the texture to draw and what parts to make invisible.
As you can see the green parts should have been invisible (black on the alpha-layer).
    -removed by staff, too large.

Atleast you tried, I mean stop flaming he/she had a go it didnt go so well and you did your best.

I think it was a very creative and usefull idea, it can be used for roleplays and stuff...

I will be giving rep because I like it.

EDIT: Ok I will not be giving rep because it wont let me but I would if i could.
