[Model Swap] Horde/Ally Bear --> Brown/Yellow Yeti

The druid bear forms were a bit on the boring side, so I swapped them out for Yetis. I changed the Horde Bear into a Brown Yeti and the Ally Bear into a Yellow Yeti.

If you want a video or ingame screenshots I might be able to get them, although I don't actually have a druid to test them on :P Both changes are located in the same MPQ. To install just place the file in your WoW Dir\Data folder.
