I wanted this for my moonkin so I basically just took his conversion and just renamed them all. Seems to work fine the few seconds I tested it out... but if it doesnt work perfect, don't blame me, I just renamed the files :P

This may be obvious, but the extension needs to be capitalized before it will work. Windows made me name it .mpq and I had to use command prompt to rename it to the capitalized MPQ extension. But it's already named patch-N.MPQ, I guess that would work without renaming it? I didn't try
