No, I drew this from scratch using the old one as an outline.



If you look at it carefully you can tell that they are not the same. The Red Bikini has more of a "shiny" look to it.

They have many similarities, but if you copy and paste the one from the BE and fill in the gaps.
It would result in very slight misalignment's when you log in game since they don't align in all the same places, giving it an un-blizzlike look.
