[Question] Nightelf Female-Nightelf Male

Hi
I'notized that there are some race swaps which not work at the new patch.
And Nightelf female to nightelf male is one of them.
But i realy need this so i wanna know if anyone know how to fix it.
Or if someone has a working MPQ for Patch 3.0.3
I would be so thankfull if someone could help me with this.
(Btw sry for my english. I'm german )

actually i want the exact opposite Night Elf male to female if you know of any of these that still work could you point me in the right direction?
