[Spell Swap] Crusader Aura -> Holy Form

Contrary to the title all auras are included.

I have always wanted to have holy form on my paladin... so earlier today I decided to make my own spell swap for it... it turned out good and I like it a lot. Hope others use this too.

Crusader is separate because for some reason it would not work if I put it in with all the other auras.
