It has an animated camera. The camera starts off close-up, then pans outwards.

Yes! I've been hoping someone might figure out how to edit gluescreens.

I would highly suggest taking this a step further and modeling your own new login and racial background screens (they use the same basics), ESPECIALLY the racial background scenes. The current ones look rather stale, old and undetailed with exception of the Draenei and Blood Elf ones. Hell, I'd even try modeling one myself if you'd work with me to create one -- I have intermediate modeling skills in Blender.

You don't read a whole thread before you reply, do you? You CAN log in instantly ¬_¬ Changing something like UI display time for the login screen would require modding the lua files, which is easy enough to do, BUT all of the gluescreen lua files use a .toc.sig file, so unless you know how to generate a new .toc.sig signature file, you can't mod the gluescreen LUAs...
