Vengeful Daggers to Warglaives

Im completely new to the site and model changing itself. Im just curious if i need a certain program to chance the weapons to warglaives or if its something inside the wow folders. I dont mean to sound like a noob but this is all new to me and Im very curious of everything I need to do, so it will work correctly. Thanks so much!
