Changes the Noggenfogger effect to make you Medivh6): !

This is my first model edit sence......patch 1.9, well i did do one later but then another patch came the next day and killed it so that my mount was lime green for about 2 months.....But anyways, Tell me whatcha think.

There is a minor bug on weapons (offhand gets stuck to right side of body)
