Hi iam workin on a deathknight skin for my blooth elf but curently is very weird on game

any one know's this problem ?? (this is my first reskin)

Save your image in indexed color. From what I see, the white parts becomes black on the faces, this is due that your colors aren't saved when you see them at a further distance.

Besides, you where lazy, and didn't even change ALL the files.
