Simple wdb edit, download Glitchy's if you haven't; or use above guide aswell.
##wowme.cfg, write in the name. Doesn't work? Rename it patch-3.MPQ(CAPITALIZE) and it will.

Major part, yes. However, as you've hopefully seen, I've focused on details more than blizz have done. You know as well as me that hue and saturation can't get you any worthy results.
