So Dr00d said he wouldnt contineu it so i thought that i could maybe try shadeing it. I know its blur but it was the only way to make it look real :-)

It looks poorly done to me, i just don't see the two seperate areas blending together, it's like one block color straight into the next.
You really just made it blurry. The best way to add shadows is to use the burn tool.
Not really, i used the burn and the dodge tool, for shade and glow. But it still looked like a cartoon.

that would be because in my opinion you would have to shade every. single. flipping. scale. which i dont think anyone would do
