I wouldn't essentially claim it as better looking. Andrige's pack for starters was made to make the druid skins fit their druids better, as blizzard doesn't take looks inside of forms into consideration. All druid spells fit them perfectly. I always have been into the whole concept of druids as they are in WoW and I look for model edits to further optimize my experience with it. Dancing bones and random lightening don't really appeal to me in the druid idea.

Anyhow when presenting your model edit in my opinion you shouldn't use Andrige's or any1's model edit as a base or anything. This prevents any confusion caused. Mainly because it's not really clear wether you admit faerie fire was yours. cause it aint.

That shapeshift effect (windfury?) is sweet, seems much more druidic (compared to the ninja-puff).

Hardly worth for me to get annoyed since I really... really don't consider spell-swaps as an intrusion on someone's private work.
The Faerie Fire spell-swap I did could have been done by anyone, my skins (hopefully) aren't.

Anyway, I have to agree.... bones and red lightning aren't tasteful, but I guess it's a bit more fun for variation. Shame there aren't too many worthy spells that could replace the current arsenal of Druid spells, as opposed to the overwhelming amount of new fel, ice and fire related spells which have come in TBC.

I think I'll take a look if I can make a fun spellswap later on actually
Especially since you can now edit the spells with Glitchy's MES, there's alot of new opportunities for maybe even improving the spells.



P.S I kinda like the trail of smoke coming when shifting in the video, could use a bit more "poof" though but otherwise nice find ^^

yes your right, Cimerii, it don't fit very well to the druid except the "shifting wind" but i play this char since beta, and see the same spells over and over, so I change them and the now looks cooler for me, "better spells" is maby the wrong word. :> (i cange the first post/topic)

with my insane skills I manage to change some .m2 files around, maby i should try to recolor the Red MF to Arcane Colors, because the animation is cool :P

I refer to Andrige's Pack because its an awesome pack every druid should use it ! and if anyone wonders why my catform looks so cool the know why :P

I think I'll take a look if I can make a fun spellswap later on actually

Amazing job. I'm not a druid and i never had one... but i used to play it on the test-tournament servers so all i can say is that u did awesome. The thing that impressed me most is the shapeshift wf graphics and well, i have to say it : awesome new cat-bear forms!
