For Blood Elf Lovers. I made this simple pack, that replaces the starting items of each class, with high level counterparts. Mostly Naxxramas or Stratholme used.

For Paladin Sword: All .blp files changed to match Ashbringer.
For Hunter Dagger/Bow: All .blp files changed to match Knife and Bow.
For Mage: All .blp files changed to match the Staff.
For Priest: All .blp files changed to match the Mace.
For Rogue: All .blp files changed to match Knife and Thrown.
For Warlock: All .blp files changed to match the Dagger.

Paladin swap Matches Draenei Warrior.

Mage Swap Matches Draenei, Dwarf, Gnome, Human, Undead and Troll Mages. Also Staff Swaps Tauren Druid Staff.

Hunter Swap Matches Night Elf(Bow Only), Orc(Bow Only) and Troll(Bow Only) Hunters.

Priest Swap Matches no one.

Rogue Swap Matches Dwarf, Troll and Undead (For All Thrown Only) Rogues.

Warlock Swap Matches No One.

hey, nide edit everything works, but at the draenei starters only the mage and the warrior has the new swords.

maybe you can make those to

As pointed above, The Blood Elf Swaps work for some draenei classes only. But ill do it.
And yes, you cant change the stats :P. Only the view.
