Buy that item Thottbot World of Warcraft: Mana Wyrmling (Mana Wyrmling) from vendor.
Then sell it into auction house for 100g .
Repeat.

Also buy and sell other "rare" thing from vendor Thottbot World of Warcraft: Creature: Dealer Rashaad
