[Levels 37-42] Elite XP from Nonelite mobs

Well with the change of elite quests to nonelite in 2.3. They changed the mobs in stromgarde keep in arathi highlands. All the ogres give around 250xp to a level 38 except the Shamans that still give 450xp non rested. Could be a useful grinding spot.
