AV Premade + how to win (horde)

Hello, this is my first contribution to mmowned. I hope you like it.

Here I will tell you how to do AV premades and how to easily win them if everyone folows a simple tactic. This is for HORDE.

On my server Al'Akir-EU we run AV premades every day, sometimes there are 4 running at the same time.

Preparation:

First you will need the addon Preform AV Enabler.
You can download it right here: Preform AV Enabler | World of Warcraft Addons | World of Warcraft @ Curse.com
Download the 1.1 version.

Notice: EVERYBODY in your AV raid has to have this addon, or else they won't get queued.

Next, gather up around 25-40 people for the premade.

Joining AV:

Everybody has to talk to the AV battlemaster so that their AV window is OPEN.

You can check who opened and who didn't, in the preform window (that you acces by clicking the button in the AV window).

When everyone opened you click the Queue button, this will make everybody in the raid queue at the same time.

When an AV is avalaible, the window will show Confirm # for example.
If in my 40 man raid more then 30 people are queued for the same server, I join the AV by clicking on the Join button. If there are less then 30 people queued for the same AV, you click the Group Leave button and requeue again untill you are satisfied.

You can choose how many people you want to take to AV, but it's usualy people from other realms that **** everything up, so the more you can get in from your premade, the better. If you are inside an AV and some people dindn't get in, you can still try the AFK trick, all you have to do is type the folowing => /me has reported you afk. To remove this debuff, please type /afk cancel.
Believe it or not, there are still people that fall for this trick (sometimes even ppl from the premade >_>)
NOTE: I got a 3 hour ban for doing the AFK trick. Use at your own risk.

How to win AV (with tactics):

Ok, so now you are in AV with your raid. Here I will tell you how to easily win and get around 500 honor in just 10 minutes.

It is alot easier if you are the battleground leader, this is not realy needed, but it makes saying tactics and when to start Van easier.

So, the first thing I say in /bg chat is "Hello, this is an Al'Akir premade. Please give me leader, I am in group #"

When you are bg leader or when there is only 15 seconds left before AV starts you have to click the folowing macros.

Macro 1:
/bg Welcome to Al'Akir AV premade! Please folow tactics to get your 500 honor in 10 mins.
/bg Group 1 & 2 - Balinda! Then Recap and !DEFEND! IB and TP
/bg Group 3 - SH Bunker then DB
/bg Group 4 - IW then DB

Macro 2:

/bg Group 5 - DB SOUTH
/bg Group 6 - DB North
/bg group 7 & 8 - RUSH Aid Station
/bg =>DO NO CAP SH GY<=
/bg Dubble check your groups please.

Macro 3:
/bg If you are assigned to a tower, DEFEND it until it's destroyed and go help Aid Station afterwards. Group 1 & 2, please !DEFEND! IB and TP, don't let them recap it.

Those macros speak for themself, but I'll explain them a little.

So, group 1 and 2 should kill Balinda (62 honor) fast and then go back to IB and TP to recap them before they get destroyed by the alliance. Winning with those 2 towers will give you an extra 180 honor.

Group 3 should cap SH bunker, defend it untill it's destroyed and then go help Dun Baldar, aid station and all. Same for IW group 4.

Group 5 goes to DB south and group 6 to DB north and then help Aid Station.

Group 7 & 8 should cap aid station ASAP, capping aid station BEFORE SP is very important. Aid station is so much more important then SP. You can cap SP after Aid Station if you want, but we usualy don't do that.

You should also NEVER cap SH GY. If you do, alliance will rez at SP or aid station and you will get shitloads of alliance defending, you don't want that.

Ok, so when IW and SH are down and IB/TP are being recapped I ask for timers on DB bunkers. When there is ~20 sec left on those bunkers I tell everyone to go in (ALL IN) and to start nuking van. Having a tank helps alot here. When van dies and you destroyed all alliance bunkers and you recapped IB and TP you should have around 500 bonus honor in about 10-15 minutes.

EDIT: I had some questions about people asking why there is no defence. I'll explain why you don't need defence with this tactic. Horde can rush up to aid station so fast that we cap it 5 minutes before alliance start drek. This give us enough time to kill Van with 25+ people dpsing him. So yeah, no defence needed here.

Do this on AV weekend and you get this after a few hours:

In my battlegroup we lose AV 99% of the time. We win the other BGs 99% of the time tho ^^

But premade AV is realy nice and fast honor.
