Making money by gearing Twinks

Im sure everyone is aware of how big twinks are these days. Anyway, I've found that farming twink gear and selling in the AH is a VERY profitable source of income and it's easy due to game mechanics. Only thing you really need is a lvl 60 character...rogues, warriors, and mages seem to be the easiest.

You simply run BFD, SFK, SM (except cath), and RFK...KILL EVERY MOB IN THE INSTANCE. The BoE blues that drop sell for more than most lvl 55-60 blues on my server. On average I make about 900g a week selling twink items. The best part is there is no competition for the drops, just the AH and undercutting by a gold or two isnt all that bad. If you get more than one of the same item hold one till the other sells.

If youre not an enchanter then boss loot can just be vendored off...I d/e all BoPs and I put greens in the AH at a fair price. I made the money to buy my newest 60s epic mount in what amounts to about 3 hours of running lowbie instances solo.

I also did this on my level 52 paladin. You don't need a 60 paladin (or druid, so I'm told), 'cause they've both got high survivabilty rates. Paladins can take a beating and a half, and druids can use bear to up their HP by a load.

If you are a mage and doing this; Specc frost before going! I did this with frost and its piece of cake, but with the 40/11/0 build I have now its harder! Even though they dont hit hard it still gets hard when 50 mbs are bashing you :P So get Ice Barrier!

lol? this is common knowledge. And hunters would be the best after Mage for their AOE and rogues for obvious reasons.

What is with the warlock neglect?! Destruction Warlocks rape all. You get daze and huge boost to damage for oyur AoE... Rain Of Fire!!! (Very useful for checking for stealthed rogues by your flag in WSG)

Yah...I guess I did neglect pallies and druids...wasnt thinking about a druid in bear or cat form. I only have one alliance 60 so I hadnt really thought about pallies. Yes it is common knowledge...but next to noone actually does this...except gold farmers.

If lowbie instances dont interest you at all...head to Dire Maul and kill the Ogres in the courtyard. I have NEVER run across another player on any of the servers I play on farming these guys. In the last few weeks I've had several BoE epics drop and a ton of blues.
