I havent seen anything like this posted here (can't search, just trying to lose the leacher status) so here goes
Mother Shahrazz Trash Farming
If you intend to farm Trash you First off need an Instance with Reliquary of Souls and Gurtoog Bloodboil Dead. In addition you will need a class capable of it, such as the following
Mages
Hunters
Warlocks
Shadow priests
Moonkin Druid
All of these are capable of doing it for various reasons.
necessary things for Trash Farming:
Speed enchant on boots is NEEDED for all but hunters (aspect of cheetah)
Super Health potions, nightmare seeds/healhstones (basically your OH SHI button, if you let the pack get in range and get a couple of DoT's on you before making it out, this can save your ass)
Swiftness Potions are an asset, and can be useful if they start gaining distance on you (Thanks to Wide for this one)

MAGE GUIDE
Before attempting anything make sure you have boot speed enchant, blink doesnt cut it.
To farm trash as a mage you have 2 spells you need to use: Ice lance and blink. Ideally you wont have to use blink, but it has saved me many times
Ultimately you need to run away from the pack, jump ice lance the lead mob and turn back to your original direction before landing. Thats it. This is honestly the hardest class to farm trash with IMO because you are relying on ice lance.
When you are just learning it you are unlikely to kill anything, but with practice (and good luck with your initial spell hits) you can kill your mob at the tunnel entrance, worst case it should die shortly before the instance portal
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE ELEMENTAL: The water elemental, if used at all MUST be used in the initial pull, and even then it does wierd things to your pack and I recommend against it. If you pop your elemental later on during the kite then you can be Mind Controlled, and you are likely to do (more on this later, it can be used to your advantage)
HUNTER GUIDE
Hunters honestly need no prep work, but a Marks spec helps a great deal (or so im told by my hunter friends) however it is doable as any spec.
To farm trash as a hunter you are limited to using your instant cast or 0.5 second cast shots. IE Arcane shot, Serpent Sting and Multi shot. If you have any more all the power to you but thats the only things your likely to get away with.
As a hunter you get aspect of the pack, making it so you have to STOP and wait for the pack to get in range of you, keep this in mind. Ultimately you are going to want to arcane shot on cooldown, keep your sting up and Multi shot if you get far ahead. BM can kill the mobs by the tunnel but most have mana issues. Any other spec of hunter's milage may vary but will do better than BM
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PETS!!!!!
The ONLY time you can use your pet is on the inital pull, and i only recommend doing so if you are BM. Otherwise you are better off popping rapid fire, throwing off a few shots then getting your ass moving.
WARLOCK GUIDE
Warlocks, you need to have boot speed enchant, and SHOULD be affliction (Affliction is going to make your farming THAT much more efficient, I wouldnt try this as destruction). However there is no reason demo or destruction warlocks can't do this, it will put you on par with a mage for efficiency however as your DoT's are weak compared to your shadowbolt (that you can only get off on the pull)
to farm trash as a warlock (lucky bastards) you rely on your DoT's. Destro warlocks are SERIOUSLY gimped here because not only does corruption have a cast-time but you get neither of the affliction extra DoT's, meaning you get 1 DoT you can cast. Owch
Moving on, what you need to do is cast your highest damage spell for the pull, throw up an instant cast DoT and run. you dont have a blink to fall back on and dont have aspect of the cheetah so this is vitally important. You need to jump up in the air, flip your camera 180 degrees, cast a spell, return camera to original heading and keep on running, and eventually something should die. More on what to do once things die will be later in this thread.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON DEMONS: Don't use demons. There is no good reason to do so and it risks getting MCed needlessly. Just Don't Do it.
SHADOW PRIESTS
Shadow priests are basically warlocks with SW
, Vampiric Embrace and Vampric Touch, making them alot more forgiving to farm with. You DO need boot speed enchant though.
To farm trash as a shadow priest you rely on your DoT's and SW
(assuming its range is the same as your DoT's). Shadow priests are great at farming trash for this reason because not only do they have an affliction warlocks DoT's but they will be recieving constant heals from the VE.
Now onto the meaty bits. basically you want to stay at 36 yard range if at all possible (you wont ever cast mind flay). Open the pull with Mind blast and then start running, jumping, flipping camera, casting a spell and returning to original direction. keep this up and your target should die. In fact you should be able to kill multiple targets per pull assuming you are in range.
MOONKIN GUIDE
Moonkins Need to get boot speed enchant and at least enough points in balance to get Insect Swarm.
As a moonkin you will be casting Moonfire and Insect Swarm on your target, letting it tick down and then recasting.
As a moonkin you do not have any additional movement increase so you must jump, turn camera, cast, turn camera, land and continue this when your DoT's need to be refreshed. I do not know what the efficiency of a moonkin doing this farming is, because of the rarity of moonkins in black temple guilds interested in farming, however theoretically there is no reason they shouldn't be successful.
So I killed a mob, Now What!
Now as I neglected to mention it in any class threads I will put it here.
Hunter: Gain distance and Feign Death. if your lucky there will be no resists and you're home free. If there is a resist keep reading.
Mages: gain distance and use invisibility, as long as you dont cast anything, and arent damaged then you will be out of combat and the mobs will reset.
Everything Else/Emergency.
So your Aggro drop failed, or you dont have one? Not to worry, death is not assured, you have 2 options
1. Run out, the instance exit is easily reachable along your kite path, simply keep on going and then your home free.
2. Evade bugging the mobs: Exiting Supremes' room you will be going through a tunnel. If you can jump up onto the tunnel wall then you can evade bug the mobs. IMPORTANT: This jump takes practice, dont waste gold by killing your mob but failing to make the jump because you didnt try it beforehand.
PS: This is not a 100% tactic, they have been known to ignore the fact that they cant hit you and do it anyway, just hope they reset before you die if this happens.
ANOTHER WAY
There IS however another way to farm trash. This is also not a 100% thing but it has many uses.
Aggro the group, but summon your pet and have it attack the group! This may result in you being MCed, and if it does then your pet will go down in short order. BUT now you are STILL MCed!. The rest of the pack resets but the mob that MCed you is still there
So you just sacrificed your pet in order to make that 15 pull a single pull. I HAVE had him reset on me however, so dont waste time once you have him alone.
This method can also be done with a friend, I had a rogue waiting for me at the tunnel during some of my farming on my mage. I had him naked going to attack the mob i was killing. Once mob i was on is dead and he is MCed then invis, and that mob is still there with a naked rogue.
If you get MCed then the rogue is killed, pack resets and same end result
If using This last method be sure you can solo that mob on even footing, they ARE tough even alone.
NO this is not all original content, I did not invent shazz trash farming but I have compiled pretty much everything I know in this thread. If you have any questions ( I am not always clear), or anything for me to add feel free to post in here
Now, if this doesnt get me out of leacher I don't know what will =)
