Hi there, this is my first guide but i'll try to make it good. This is for factions that are in BC.

Honor Hold-Alli only
This is the Alliance base in hellfire, you'll be here quite a lot in your first few levels in outland.

Netural-Friendly
Killing shattered hands mobs, this only works to friendly, then they yield no rep.
Any quests you do.
Daily PvP quest
Any mobs/bosses in Hellfire citadel instances/heroics

Friendly-Honored
Quests
Daily PvP quest
Any mobs/bosses in Hellfire citadel instances/heroics

Honored-Revered
Quests
Daily PvP quest
BF and Hellfire Ramparts heroics mobs/bosses
Shattered Halls mobs/bosses

Revered-Exalted
Sames as above.

Thrallmar-Horde only
Follow the same pattern as ailliance, except the quests are different obviously

Scryer
One of the factions in Shattrath, you have to pick between Aldor or Scyers.

Hated-Neutral
If you've come from Aldor and want to get to Neutral with the Scryers, then you'll need to turn in 1344 Dampscale Basilisk Eye's to get to neutral, there is no other way

This is the other faction like the scryers, you pick only one of them.

If you've come form the Scryers then you will need to turn in 1344 Dreadfang Venom Sacs to achieve neutral.

Repeatable quest where you turn in Fel Armaments.

Friendly-Honored

Neutral-Honored
Run Auchenai Crypts in normal mode, ~750 reputation.
Run Sethek Halls in normal mode, ~1250 reputation.
Run Shadow Labyrinth in normal mode, ~2000 reputation.
Turn in [Arakkoa Feather] at Vekax.

Honored-Revered
* It's recommended that you should wait until Honored to complete Lower City's Quests
Run Shadow Labyrinth in normal mode, ~2000 reputation.
Complete all available Lower City's Quests.

Revered-Exalted:
Run Auchenai Crypts in heroic mode, ~750 reputation.
Run Sethekk Halls in heroic mode, ~1250 reputation.
Run Shadow Labyrinth in normal or heroic mode, ~2000 reputation.

The Sha'tar:
Neutral-Honored
Reputation can be gained by Scryers/Aldor signet/marks turn-ins.
Reputation can be also gained by completed Tempest Keep: The Botanica, The Mechanar, The Arcatraz in normal mode.
Honored-Exalted
Reputation can be gained by completing the Sha'tar Quests.
Reputation can be also gained by completed Tempest Keep: The Botanica, The Mechanar, The Arcatraz in normal/heroic mode.

Sha'tari Skyguard
Neutral-Exalted:
Reputation can be gained by completing the Daily Quests
Reputation can be gained by collecting 6 [Shadow Dust], for World of Shadows quest, which is a repetable one.

The Aldor:
Friendly-Honored:
Turn 10 Marks of Kil'jaden for 250rep (+125 sha'tar rep)

* Preferably to farm for these in Kil'sorrow Fortress in southeastern Nagrand, because you'll gain Kurenai or Mag'har reputation too(10rep/kill).
Honored-Exalted
Reputation can be gained by completing non-repetable Aldor quests.
Once you reach lvl 68, u may turn in Marks of Sargeras.
You can turn in Fel Armaments for 350rep/turn in + 1XHoly dust, which is the currency for the purchase of Shoulder Encants
* The best farming spot for Marks of Sargeras is Death's Door, in Blade's Edge Mountains

The Scryers
Friendly-Honored:
Turn 10 Firewing Signet for 250rep (+125 sha'tar rep)

* These signets drop from low ranking Firewing members found in the northeast section of Terrokar Forest.
