People, people, it is the freshest version of Joana's, I'm using it privately too!
No viruses, it's 100% safe, just a couple of .html and .jpg files and maybe a .txt

This may be a very dumb question but what program are you using to open the file?

No viruses as far as I can tell. However, it does have gold ads built in (which I personally find kind of annoying)

Basicly, for 2.3 Joana just leaves out a few of the quests he does in another zone to fill the last stretch of a level - the leveling improvements allowed him to scrap a few long/annoying quests. If you have an older version, you can leave out most of the parts that do not seem to advance in level (the first example of this is 47-47 Hinterlands)

There's also some class guides (not by Joana) included, and from a quick skim across some random files it's basicly different talent build / play styles guides for each class, but they look fairly decent.
