Mage macros and tips

A few mage macros i saw and found over my years of plaing

Frost Mages:

Water elemental:
/cast summon water elemental
/cast freeze

Ice Block:
/cast ice block
/cast cold snap

Ice Veins (Trolls only):
/cast Berserking(Racial)
/cast Icy Veins

POM Pyro Mages:

/castsequence presence of mind, arcane power, pyroblast
(you can also add trinkets if you like.)

Tips:

If you are a frost mage, you will want to make the most of your frost novas and frostbites. if you frost nova your target then step back, cast frostbolt, then instantly when its done cast an ice lance both spells will recieve the crit bonus of the frost nova. Also the icelance will get the triple damage for them being frozen.

What also helped me in arena was

/cast Polymorph(Rank 1: Pig)
/p polymorphing %t

this told people who i was poly morphing. And even if they didnt get to read it it gave them a visualy warning that someone was going to get sheeped.

also for pvp i suggest always using rank one poly because it doesnt make any difference in time, and mages are like one of the most mana efficient classes and nice guide

hehe just some more mage macro most also admit that the thing with frost nova then frostball and icelance is a thing about everybody (even without having a mage) knows. #showtooltip
