How I farmed for my epic Flying mount in 4 days

First off, this works best for people who dont use mana, sorry all you blue users!

Ok, in Shadow Moon valley, just to the north, east, and south of the dragonmaw fortress, there are Netherskates and Enraged Air spirits. I am a fury warrior so i could kill them on avg within 8 seconds, so they dont have much health. They drop TONS of motes of mana and motes of air, and you can skin the netherskates for knothide leather.

The reason this works best for non-mana users, is because the netherskates drain mana, making down time longer.

The best part about this spot is that there is NO ONE there. I literally farmed for 4 days straight and only saw one person, but he was killing dragonmaw transporters.

Occasionally there is some adamantite or herbs(not sure which, i dont pay attention) inside the dragonmaw fortress so you can pick/mine as you are flying to/from the spot.

Now, this all depends on your servers economy, because primal manas were going for 20-25g a piece on my server while I was farming, but they are at 14g now, so you might not get as lucky as me.

Also, if you have mining/herbalism, try to borrow as much money from friends as you can. because once you get your mount you can get mining nodes SOOOO much faster.

P.S. Dont forget to factor in the cost of the actual mount (200g) because there is no worse feeling than rushing to get your training only to discover you are short 200g .

This spot is not really that good unless u can skin as well. The reason why i say this, and this is coming from a bm hunter, is that you'll kill ur mobs fast enough and then u'll have to wait for respawns. I'm only speaking about the spot south east and east of the fortress. The other problem u have is terrain. It's really steep and very hard to access in many parts. You'll have frustrating time just trying to get to mobs sometimes. This is speaking from experience, and i've farmed this spot months ago. True, the one good thing going is that it's remote and not many people are there, but from my experience the motes dont drop as frequently as people say. You're much better off farming motes of shadow in nagrand, if u're on a server where they sell well like mine. Just my 2 cents in.
