Pickpocket same mob up till seven times

A friend of mine showed me a way of pickpocketing the SAME mob up to 7 times. Now it's been some time since I played a rogue, but the trick is to keep strafing around them while spamming your pickpocket button (keybind works best) and JUST be out of range to pickpocket.

A bug causes you to pickpocket up till 7 times. @ lvl 70 it can be good cash.

I've had similar experiences, however, this bug sometimes happens and sometimes does not. It may be server lag thats causing this... not sure however.

I am sure you can't since you're not scamming ANYONE, go read up on what the definition of a scam is.

Also, you're only using game mechanisms, it's not even an exploit.

It says you pick pocket it a bunch of times but in reality... only gives you the l3wts for it once >_<

actually when i spam pickpocket it just shows up abunch of different things but adds up to what you really get so like abunch of copper or something which just adds up to the amount of silver you would get in 1 pick pocket..

This is a bug created via server/client side. The player/user can pickpocket the same target more than once (I've only gotten double PPs so far) And this counting since patch 1.4.

You actually get the doubled amount since the server doesn't actually record the first "looting", due to lag. This is another bug like the loot bug were you get stuck (I'm sure your all familiar with this one).

Items cannot be duped as in "pickpocked" twice, if you think via this method.

Money don't really have an ID like items, so it works a little different compared to items. Again, blizzard cannot seem to fix this bug and this is why you cannot loot (Pickpocket) Instance bosses (or World bosses) for the very reason that they drop an insane amount of gold/silver compared to normal mobs.
