There is a food vendor in Zul'Aman who sells a Sealed Scroll Case which has a chance of containing many different epic patterns for you to make profit. The scroll case respawns back every now and then, it seems a bit random to me, but it usually takes a few hours. There are also food supplies, like spell damage food or stamina food, in his stock which repawn a lot faster than the scroll case. Note that the food vendor is only available if your guild has freed him with a hex stick.

Can you use the buy script to buy alot of the item when it has spawned?

No idea, haven't tried that out. I'll definately try once we clear ZA again
Edit: Well I tried that buyscript on a limited supply tailoring pattern, it didn't work so i suppose it won't work on this one either.

Can't. Once you clear ZA, all the hex stick guys despawn.

I have some questions.. How much do the scrolls cost? #2 When you say respawn, does that mean someone else can buy it and take it before you and you have to wait for the respawn? And #3, is there a guarenteed epic pattern?

1. The scroll case costs 10 silver.
2. Yep.
3. No, but there is a chance of it containing an epic pattern
