Mafiaboy's Running People Through Instance Money Trick

I use to do this as a scam, although here is how to make money or take advantage of people wanting to get run through instances.

How I started:

At level 40 with my Dwarf Hunter I was in Westfall killing Horde that were raiding Sentinel Hill ( or I was trying to). Many people were asking for runs through DeadMines, so I offered to run people in deadmines for 2g per person. I got 4 ppl in a group and made 8g.
(I only did half the instance because I was using this as a scam)

How To Make Big Money:

When you hit 70 you will be able to plow through bigger instances, with higher level mobs and hgher level people wanting runs. Higher level people means more money they have on them. So I was then charging 3g per person for a run through Zul'Furrak for example.

The Math:

3 people x 3gold = 9g per run
If your a race that can easily aggro and kill many mobs at a time then your in luck

9g per run x 3.5 run per hour = 31.50 g per hour

Ways to add on to this to make more money:

- Tell them that at the end of the run you want a certain amount of cloth
( depending on which instance it could be runecloth, mageweave etc...)

- Add these people to your friends list so next time they need a run you could offer your services again

- Always run them fast and well, don't charge too much. Running them fast will allow you to run other people for money and they will be happy because they got through the instance quick.

30g/hour is for low level instances. Also in my example I was charging EXTREMELY LOW

My friend runs people thru VC or Stocks for 5g apiece almost every night. Usually has at least 4-5 people take him up on the offer.

This isnt that great of a money guide because most 70s can make 100-300g in a hour so 31g aint nothing. I know if i do 1 mining route i will have 200g in a hour... Then i hop on my skinner and farm beasts, skin and sell after a hour and another 200g. After that ill get back on my miner and do the same route. I usually make about 1000g-2000g a day doing mainly professions.

not everybody is mining and skinning profession, and not every miner can mine thorium bars

Sorry, but I have to disagree with this.
1.) If you half run a group and dont refund you just made that many enemies plus their guilds.
2.) Most people won't pay 2-3g for a shared run.
3.) The people you are running are more likely to make more money then you on the loot which will most likely be picked up by only them.

Example (these are the average prices):
DM - you 2g - target 3g
Stocks - you 3g - target 2-3g
Gnome - you 10g - target 10-15g

If fact I use these dungeons at low levels to make money off of higher leveled people that are running me. I just let them do all the work and I loot.

1) I said I had started this off as a scam, maybe you didn't read the part where I said to add them to your friends list and do a good job running them quickly and efficently.

2) Its been tested by me personally that people are willing to pay easily even 5g per person, MANY twinks exist around the Westfall area and MANY people want runs through VC

3) 3-5g x 3 people = 9-15g, you make 9g in VC? I know for sure you don't make 12-15g

The time it takes to assemble a group is time you could be running people for money. The time you have to find a group after you've disbanded with each other 2/5 through the instance is time you could be running people.

This isn't really quick money... I mean you could spend your time farming primals and get like 200g an hour if you're farming right.
