Use the Auction House As your bank

I dont know if this has already been posted but ill post it anyway. Ive been using this for a while. When your bags are full both in the bank and inventory you can put your items on the auction house for huge prices. That is mostly done with items which have very low cost to be put on the auction house , like 1 s / per auction. That way you can save some of your items in banks and exchange the items whenever you need them with other alts. For example im playing with alt number one and i decide that i need more runecloth for tailoring. I buyout the auction from my main for 10 gold , and i get the gold back on my main afterwards. So it works as a whole account bank , or just a single bank with unlimited spots that can be used for a fee.

Do you realize the auctionhouse uses a listing fee and a cut of 5%? You get the listing fee returned if you buy your own auction, but you lose the cut.

this allows you to access your items from any char without logging out . Like a guild bank but for your account

you cant buy your own auctions from your own characters... unless u have 2 accounts

Just make a guild with your main and all of your alts and actually have a guild bank sounds like a better idea.

pre-TBC i used to send things to one of my alts and use his mailbox as bank. unlimited slots.

Yep this works much better.

Say if you got a bank char and that one is full just mail everything to your main and save it in the mailbox, Doesnt even take much time since you can mail multiple items in 1 mail now since the last patch. Using the AH as your bank just costs alot of money and it can be done easier :\

yes AH as bank is stupid. just(like said above) main it to alt, log on alt and return it.
