Get 150 Haste rating at LVL 1 - .39 Atk spd, 29 DPS - HORDE ONLY

Step 1: Get a friend who needs to turn in the quest where thrall buffs everyone in org with warchiefs blessing. (The quest where you turn in Rends head, thrall only buffs if rends head isnt already on a pike next to him, so make sure its gone before you do this)
Step 2: Have a mage teleport your lvl 1 alt to org, or run there.
Step 3: Have said friend turn in quest so you get the buff.
Step 4: Hearth back to starting zone.
Step 5: Profit!!

At level one on my tauren shaman I was doing 29 DPS with my attack speed being .39 I dueled a druid and he though I was hacking. Anyways you get the buff for an hour, so go run around and just kill kill kill, you gain levels insanely fast. You could probably get to level 12 if you really sat and grinded non stop. If you don't have a friend that needs to turn in the quest then maybe you will get lucky like me, I was randomly in org as level 1 and I got the buff. This buff is amazing, make sure you do it now though before it gets nerfed and it only increases your stats by a percentage of your level.

Also, the buff timer lasts while your offline, so if you really wanted to take full advantage you could make sure your fully rested whenever your killing.

Yes this buff is very imba, I had on my lvl 10 priest once. Who I hadnt played for a year.
Beat 21 mage, 18 warlock and several others just by hitting them with mace that does 1-3 dmg. The interuption is just too fast for any class to heal or cast on you.

Alliance can do this also, kill onyxia take the head to SW and turn it in.

I'm not sure but I know that the Ony buff will give your pots a bonus crit chance...

I wouldnt say its common knowledge, Ive been playing wow since day 1, and I did not know that this buff doesnt work as a percentage of your level, rather the same stats no matter what. If it were common knowledge many people would take advantage of it and blizzard would nerf it. But blizzard hasn't taken any action towards it yet, so it is definitely not common knowledge. If you don't have anything positive or constructive to say then please don't be an asshat.
