Make money off schematic in ravenholdt

Hey all, I tried searching to see if anyone has already posted this particular schematic, but I didn't find it.

Anyways on my rogue I went to ravenholdt to do the rogue quests, well in the basement there is an engineer vendor who sells "Schematic: Gnomish Cloaking Device"

I bought it and decided to sell it on the AH to see how much it would go for. I ended up selling it for 15g because there were no others on there.

So I did some research and this is the only place where you can get this drop, and the respawn in the vendor is only 15 minutes.

For the past week or so Ive been selling these for 10-25 Gold each. Just goto ravenholdt and sit around for about an hour buying these things out, and then sell, come back and repeat!

Ravenholdt can be a hard place to find for the first time, so for those of you who havent been there heres some directions.

Coor 84,19. Start at Tarren Mill. Go directly East to the base of the mountains; coor 75,24. This is the begining of a barely visible dirt path that traverses up the mountain that leads to a cave. Go Through the cave and continue on to the castle ahead. Upon entering the castle, take the staircase into the basement to find your vendor.
