    The Warrior, Druid, Prof. Guide

I found theses in a folder of mine and I want to show you what they were.(I think I just never posted them)

    Things You'll Need

    * A prot-specced Warrior or Paladin of level 70
    * Tanking gear

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Hit level 70. Tanks cannot be made uncrushable below level 70.
    2
    Step Two
Stack Defense up to 490. This is very basic, and should be the first thing any level 70 tank does. Try to find items that have Defense naturally; don’t bother with Defense enchants or armor kits just yet. You may need some later, but ignore them for now. Once you hit 490, keep any remaining Defense gear you might have.
    3
    Step Three
Start stacking Avoidance once you hit 490 Defense. “Avoidance” is the combined total of your Dodge, Block and Parry percents, along with a flat 10% chance for a mob to Miss. In order to become uncrushable against raid bosses, your combined Avoidance must equal 104.5% or better.
    4
    Step Four
Factor in your skill-based defenses. While Warriors may seem like they can become uncrushable very easily (Shield Block raises your Block chance to 75%, leaving 29.5% Avoidance to be made up) remember that Shield Block has only a single charge, or two if you spent a talent point on it. Paladins have an easier time with Holy Shield and the Libram of Repentance, which combine to give a total of 35.4% Block chance, but lasts for 4 or 8 charges. This means that to start, Warriors only need to stack 29.5% Avoidance, but will eventually want to stack the entire 104.5% while Paladins need only stack 69.1% Avoidance, provided they keep Holy Shield up (which any smart tankadin will do.)
    5
    Step Five
Stack Block, Dodge and Parry ratings to boost your Avoidance. While the basic Defense stat does increase your chances to Dodge, Block and Parry, having the ratings on their own is much more efficient and will get you farther, faster.
    6
    Step Six
Invest in the new items available for Badges of Justice. As of patch 2.3, many new tanking items have become available for purchase with Badges of Justice that have tons of Block, Dodge and Parry rating. They typically cost 60 or 75 Badges of Justice each, but the introduction of a daily Heroic Instance quest and Badge of Justice drops from Karazhan bosses have made this easier. These items are of a level between Mount Hyjal and Black Temple, and so are far superior to just about anything else the average player has access to. Be aware that some of these items lack Defense, so you’ll need to make this up through gems, enchants and armor kits.
    7
    Step Seven
Know the limitations. Even if your Avoidance adds up to 104.5%, there are still ways you can receive a Crushing Blow. Always keep your front to the enemy, cast as little as possible (when you cast, you are vulnerable) and try not to let any enemies get behind you. Most importantly, always keep Shield Block or Holy Shield active! If it’s cooled down, hit it.

Warlocks may call upon evil energies for their magic, but they are fun to play. You deal lots of damage, you get a pet and a free mount. Everyone loves Warlocks! Now, here's how to make your Warlock stand out above the crowd. Could be tricky (especially if you’re a Gnome.) Let’s give it a shot!

    Instructions

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Become a Tailor. This will provide you with armor (such as it is) for most of the game, and is a decent way to make money too.
    2
    Step Two
Use your minions! The Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhound and Felguard are all excellent companions that have different uses. The Imp and Succubus are both casters and have relatively weak offensive abilities, but make up for it with some handy spells! The Voidwalker, Felhound and Felguard are all tanks. Their job is to distract the enemy long enough for you to debuff and kill them.
    3
    Step Three
Funnel Health into your minion if you need to. This obviously drains your health, but sometimes the tradeoff is worth it.
    4
    Step Four
Weaken the enemy! One of the greatest assets of the Warlock is their array of debuffs. Spells like Immolation, Corruption and the various curses all deal damage over time and make enemies cry for mercy! Use these on every enemy you fight, particularly in pvp combat!
    5
    Step Five
Find a good Wand. In case your are running low on mana and your pet is dying, your melee ability won't save you. In these situations (they will come up, trust me) a Wand comes in handy. It is a ranged weapon, requires no mana and can have some handy stat bonuses too!
    6
    Step Six
Buff yourself with what you’ve got. Demon Armor and Demon Skin always help and guess what! You can breath underwater for as long as you want!
    7
    Step Seven
Buy a Soul Bag as soon as you can! You use Soul Shards (earned by using Drain Soul and killing an enemy) for a myrid of things: summoning minions, summoning players, creating Soul stones and Health stones and the list goes on. You will want to keep a lot of them around (10 bare minimum) at all times, and a Soul Bag is the easiest way to do that. Either buy one or makes friends with a high-level Tailor!
    8
    Step Eight
Give out Healthstones! Mages may have food and water, but Warlocks have Healthstones! They take a Soul Shard to create, but they are an instant-effect healing device! They do have a cooldown like potions though, so don’t bother trying to pop them like candy. It won't work.
    9
    Step Nine
Use your Soul Stone! This little beauty helps prevent total party disaster! Create one with a Soul Shard then use it on a party member with resurrecting ability. If the group wipes, the member with their soul stored on the stone will have the option to release or use the Soul stone and come back right where they died! Beware though! Make sure they don’t release or don’t use it too quickly! If they release, the Soul stone is useless. If they use it too quickly, the enemies that killed you will still be milling around and they will eat your newly resurrected party member for breakfast!

Enchanting is one of the hardest and most expensive professions in the game to level, but it is also one of the most rewarding. And, at higher levels, it can make boatloads of money! So if you’re ready, pick up your Dust, Shards and Enchanting Rod, and let's make some magic!
    Instructions

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Run lots of instances. The next-easiest way to get lots of green items for Disenchanting is to run instances. Green items drop much more often in instances than they do off regular mobs, so get going! Instances are also great for experience!
    2
    Step Two
Make friends with a Blacksmith. After your initial Copper Rod, you will need several Rods of progressively higher level to continue Enchanting. Blacksmiths can make these rods for you. Because Enchanting Rods are always in high demand, Blacksmiths can add a large mark-up to them. Making friends with a Blacksmith will hopefully allow you to get Enchanting Rods at cost!
    3
    Step Three
Make friends with a Crafter. The primary method for obtaining Enchanting materials is Disenchanting. You can only Disenchant Green or better items, and one of the easiest ways to get items like that is from a friend who has a crafting profession like Blacksmithing or Leatherworking. They get the benefit of crafting items while you get the benefit of disenchanting them! Just make sure you give a little, don’t just take.
    4
    Step Four
Try not to get ahead of yourself. After the 2.0.1 patch, you cannot Disenchant items of higher level than your Enchanting skill. There’s no point in clamoring to Disenchant really high-level items right off the bat; it cannot be done. Best to just let things progress naturally.
    5
    Step Five
Save up some gold. Enchanting is a very expensive profession, and does not begin to pay off until higher levels. Either level Enchanting gradually, or funnel some cash in from alternate characters. Otherwise, you may find yourself broke in a hurry. You may also want to consider taking Enchanting at a higher level (say, level 40.) This will start you off with a higher financial base than you would have if you started earlier.
    6
    Step Six
Build a customer base. One of the best ways to make money is to begin by offering free minor Enchants to people around the banks in the major cities. Get to know people by giving them free Enchants, then ask them periodically if they need new enchantments. Friendships and business loyalties will develop and with enough hard work, you will eventually find yourself with several loyal customers who will only come to you for Enchanting!
    7
    Step Seven
Make things glow! Many people are interested in simply making their weapons glow. What makes it happen is irrelevant, but offer Glowing Enchants! They make money! Minor Beastslaying is one of the first enchantments you can get that will make a weapon glow. Try out a few, you might be surprised at what can make something glow. Obviously, Icy and Fiery Enchants are the best Enchants to make things both glow and make some money, but they are pretty high level.
    8
    Step Eight
Sell Crafting Enchants. Enchantments that boost profession skills are always in high demand, and can fetch a high price.
    9
    Step Nine
Get that Crusader Enchant! When you reach a high enough level and can save up around 300 gold (depending on server economies), get the Formula: Enchant Crusader. This is THE single most profitable enchantment to be found, hands down. It costs an arm and a leg to get the Formula, but it is ALWAYS in high demand and ALWAYS fetches a huge price! It is not uncommon to receive a 10 gold tip for doing this enchantment!

    -----------------------------------------------------------

Hunters are for many, one of the best classes to play! You get an animal friend, you have the ability to pound enemies from a distance and you can hold your own in a melee battle! However, unlike Warlocks, your pet will not automatically obey your every command when you first tame it. Hunters also have some combat hurdles to overcome before they become truly successful, so lets get started!
    Instructions

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Tame your pet! It does not get more fundamental than this. Without a pet, Hunters are simply not complete. They are your companions, friends and guardians. Take care of them! Keep them alive, well-fed and try to dismiss them as little as possible.
    2
    Step Two
Make sure that if you jump off a ledge or cliff, that you dismiss your pet first. If you do not, your pet may take the long way around to get where you are, and could possibly aggro an insanely large number of enemies, resulting in lots of pain and anguish for you and your party!
    3
    Step Three
Try and tame a variety of pets. Different animals can teach you different skills that you, in turn, can teach to other pets. There are several mods available that tell you what skills a potential pet can teach.
    4
    Step Four
Find and avoid the “Dead Zone!" Hunters have a gap in between their melee and ranged attacks in which enemies cannot be attacked! Try and get off as many ranged attacks as you can, then try to lay a trap and move back.
    5
    Step Five
Use your ranged attacks as much as possible! Hunters are primarily ranged damage dealers. While they can survive a melee much better than a Mage or Priest can, they are not designed for heavy melee combat. The vast majority of a Hunter’s skills are centered on ranged attacks and if you choose the Marksman talents, this is even more true.
    6
    Step Six
Decide which melee style you want. At level 20, Hunters gain the ability to double-wield. That is, they gain the ability to use a Main Hand weapon and an Off-Hand weapon or two Off-Hand weapons. Twin weapons are generally better for pvp battles and solo play, while big single weapons like two-handed Swords are better for raids and instances. Of course, you needn't adhere rigidly to one style or the other. Flexibility is the key: if you train up both skills you will have all your bases covered.
    7
    Step Seven
Try to find weapons with bonuses to Agility, Stamina, Intellect and Spirit or Strength, in that order. Also look for weapons with bonuses to critical hit chance, dodging ability and anything with an “if you are struck in melee combat” ability.
    8
    Step Eight
Keep an eye on local enemies with your multitude of tracking skills. This can save your life!
    9
    Step Nine
Set those traps! Hunters have several varieties of lethal trap with various abilities. Use them wisely! You can only set one trap at a time but, starting with the 2.0.1 patch, you can now set traps during combat!
    10
    Step Ten
Learn to pull enemies from a distance. This is VERY important! You will be doing this a lot, especially in instances, raids and battlegrounds. Hunters have one of the longest attack ranges in the game. Use this to attack a single enemy, then pull them towards your group, either around a corner or around other mobs. Good pulling is absolutely essential in raids and battlegrounds where a single bad pull can ruin hours of work!
    11
    Step Eleven
Take Survival talents if you expect to be fighting in melee combat more than usual. This will be most useful for solo and pvp play.
    12
    Step Twelve
Choose Beast Mastery if you intend to do a lot of pvp play or if you want your pet to off-tank in an instance. Main-tanking duties will ALWAYS go to a Warrior (or Paladin if a Warrior is unavailable), but lots of instances and raids require multiple tanks.
    13
    Step Thirteen
Select Marksman talents if you have any inclination to go on raids. Only Marksman talents grant the Trueshot Aura, which can make a world of difference when it applies to 40 of your friends!

Mining is a useful profession if you want to make money and is essential if you plan on being a Blacksmith, Engineer or Jewelcrafter. To be a successful miner, here are a few things to know before you rush off and start chipping away at mineral veins.
    Instructions

    Things You'll Need

    * Internet access to WOW
    * High-powered computer

    Steps
    1
    Step One
If you want a moneymaker, mining is a good choice. Minerals usually sell for decent prices in the Auction Hall, and the gems you find are valuable. If you are an Engineer or Blacksmith, you should also take Mining. This will provide you with most of the raw materials you need to be a decent smith or engineer. Leatherworkers should consider Skinning instead of Mining.
    2
    Step Two
Get yourself a mining pick. These can be found at Mining Supply vendors the world over. They are typically located near a forge or Mining Trainer. The pick should never leave your inventory.
    3
    Step Three
Turn on your Find Minerals ability. This is your primary means of scouting minerals. Without it, it is all too easy to walk right by a valuable mineral vein.
    4
    Step Four
Be cautious when approaching a mineral vein. Make sure all mobs are cleared from the vicinity of the vein before you start harvesting. It is always an unwelcome surprise when a mob starts attacking you in the middle of chipping away a Truesilver vein!
    5
    Step Five
Be courteous when you are among a group with other Miners. Take turns harvesting minerals and roll for rare veins like Silver, Gold and Truesilver.
    6
    Step Six
Smelt minerals if you plan on using them for smithing or engineering. These professions only use bars. Jewelcrafters can use either ore or bars. However, ore almost always sells better in the Auction Hall because lots of people out there are using smelting as a way to boost their Mining skill and would prefer to make bars rather than buy them. Also note that some Alchemy recipes require ore.
    7
    Step Seven
Bear in mind that smelting will only take you so far. Yes, it provides skill points, but only for a time. By the time you are able to smelt Mithril, you will no longer be receiving any skill points from smelting, so don’t stop looking for mineral veins just because you have a lot of ore stashed.
    8
    Step Eight
If you see an unoccupied mineral vein, go for it. Never pass up a chance to safely harvest minerals. Copper still has its uses, even when you are in the Badlands farming Mithril. Of course, don’t let opportunism get in the way of courtesy. If someone is already chipping at a vein, do not stand there and expect them to leave. Mark the spot and come back later.
    9
    Step Nine
Memorize the places you find mineral veins. Lots of them continually respawn in the exact same place. Several mods can do this for you.
    10
    Step Ten
Be aware that some metals require special conditions. You don’t find bronze in the ground. You receive 2 Bronze Bars from smelting 1 Tin and 1 Copper Bar. Arcanite Bars are created by Alchemists using a Thorium Bar and an Arcane Crystal. Dark Iron Bars are created by using 8 Dark Iron ore in the special forge near the portal to Molten Core. This also requires a special recipe purchased from Gloom’rel in Blackrock Depths.
    11
    Step Eleven
Bring 20 Gold Bars, 10 Truesilver Bars and 2 Star Rubies to Gloom’rel in order to receive the Smelt Dark Iron recipe.
    12
    Step Twelve
Choose your areas wisely when mining. If you play on a PvP server, contested areas like Hillsbrad and Stranglethorn Vale are deathtraps to miners. Steer clear of them for mining purposes.
    13
    Step Thirteen
Consider your level before you rush into an area looking for your next mineral tier. Yes, copper may not give you skill points anymore, but rushing off to Winterspring will bring you nothing but trouble. It is advisable to mine at your level. If you are only a high enough level to be in Westfall, mine in Westfall.
    14
    Step Fourteen
Head to Un’Goro Crater, the Burning Steppes and the Eastern Plaguelands for your Rich Thorium Veins. They spawn here most often and are easier to get than in Silithus or Aszhara.
    15
    Step Fifteen
Don't get discouraged if you don’t find a lot of gems. Finding gems is based on completely random chance. Sometimes you’ll get three in a single vein, other times you'll go weeks and not find a single gem. Azerothian Diamonds, Arcane Crystals and Blood of the Mountain in particular have extremely low drop rates (around 1%). so keep mining and don’t give up!

    -----------------------------------------------------

As the premier healing class, your services will ALWAYS be in demand. You will hardly ever want for a group to run an instance and people will just love that you came along to heal them! However, Priests have the stigma of being a support class, meaning that solo play at high levels is challenging. They are also limited to cloth armor, and there are several other challenges to overcome.
    Instructions

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Learn to manage aggro. This is absolutely fundamental to a Priest’s survival! Aggro is a measure of how much an attacking monster wants to kill you. Aggro is generated by: 1) taking an offensive or threatening action against the mob such as taunting or using a ranged attack; 2) attacking the mob after it has been pulled; 3) healing someone within sight of the mob. As a Priest, you will be most concerned about the third option. It is your primary duty to heal your comrades, but do not do so until they have gained enough aggro to keep the mobs off you! Because you wear cloth, any mobs that see you first will cause real trouble. You may not be able to survive an assault by elite mobs, and your party may not be able to survive without you!
    2
    Step Two
Use the bubble! The “bubble” refers to your shield spells. The spell makes the target immune to damage for a short period of time in exchange for a cooldown that prevents the bubble being cast again in a short period of time. The bubble is particularly useful for melee damage-dealers like Warriors and Paladins, who will be soaking the majority of the damage dealt to the party. Some Warriors believe that the bubble reduces their ability to generate Rage, but this untrue. The bubble can cause aggro if you use it in the middle of a fight, so try and bubble the tank(s) before the fight begins.
    3
    Step Three
Manage your heals! Priests are confronted with a myriad of healing options, such as big heals, small heals and HoTs (Heal over Time). There are as many methods of using them as there are players out there, so try out a few methods and find what works for you. There are, however, a few fundamentals you should bear in mind.
    4
    Step Four
Apply a HoT to a player who will be taking constant damage. This usually means the main tank, but can also apply to off-tanks.
    5
    Step Five
Using big heals (restores a ton of health at one time) is generally more time-efficient (heals more mana/second) but less mana-efficient than smaller heals. Use these when someone gets down low (under 40 percent).
    6
    Step Six
Use small heals (restores a little health at a time) on party members who take intermittent damage and need a quick-fix to prevent disaster.
    7
    Step Seven
Resurrect the other rezzers first. Let’s say you are in a 20-person raid and everyone wipes but you, and you only survived as the result of a Paladin’s Divine Intervention. You will be charged with resurrecting the entire raid, but there is an easier way to do it than by going around and rezzing 19 other people: Rez the rezzers first. Priests, Shamans, Druids and Paladins can all resurrect fallen comrades. By resurrecting these classes first, you save yourself the trouble of bringing back the entire party by spreading the workload. Of course, if you are still at a low level (below 20) Paladins and Druids may not have this ability. If a Paladin has been lazy and not done its quest to get resurrection, smack it.
    8
    Step Eight
Find yourself a good wand. Because Priests have a melee ability that can be described as “lacking” (to use a subtle term), you will need something to compensate for this, and that means a wand. Wands allow a good amount of ranged damage in a simple, constant manner. Just be sure to use your wand at the right time. When your party is being taken apart piecemeal before your eyes is not the most opportune time to start kamikaze wanding the enemies.

    --------------------------------------

    Introduction
Druids have it all! They can morph into a panther, a cheetah, a bear, a moonkin, a treant, a crow or a seal! They have healing spells, and the ever-popular Moonfire! They have a ton of options, and have recently been granted a free talent respect due to patch changes. Are you ready to get your Druid fired up?
    Instructions

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Blast ‘em! Druids have excellent offensive magical capabilities! As mentioned, Moonfire is a very useful spell, though its effectiveness has been reduced recently. Starfire is also useful, but try not to rely too heavily on these spells. They deal Arcane damage and several monsters are immune to Arcane magic. Use your spells in support of party members, or during solo play.
    2
    Step Two
Heal, heal! Druids make superb healers, both with full-life heal spells and Heal over Time (HoT). Healing spells are amplified if you take the talents necessary to obtain your Treant form. Be careful not to heal too much though; you'll bring the monsters to you if you heal too much too fast!
    3
    Step Three
Tank! Feral druids make the best tanks, second only perhaps to protection-specced Warriors. They have monstrous amounts of armor in Bear form and have several moves to cut the enemy down in a hurry! Feral specialization also greatly increases all your other animal aspect benefits.
    4
    Step Four
Bring your posse to the fight! Balance Druids have the advantage of being able to boost spells and to call on a trio of Treants to fight for them! They hit fairly hard, soak a lot of damage before they buy it, plus they look hilarious when their time is up! Never leave home without your posse!
    5
    Step Five
Learn to manage your mana! For a Druid, mana is essential, as is keeping it during a fight. Your healing spells are very expensive compared to Priests or Paladins, so learn to heal efficiently. Any gear you can find with + healing effects is right for you!
    6
    Step Six
Stock up on Maple Seeds once you hit level 20. Your Rebirth spell allows you to resurrect fallen comrades, DURING battle, no less! Battle rezzes are extremely important, especially during raids and instances! Learn to use them wisely!
    7
    Step Seven
Keep the enemy stationary! Druids have at their disposal, two spells: entangling roots and hibernate, both of which can be used to keep an enemy from charging. Be aware that any damage dealt to a hibernate-affected enemy will wake them up.
    8
    Step Eight
Clean up! Druids have the advantage of being able to cure Poison and Curse effects from themselves and friendly units! The only thing they cannot cure is Disease, so make friends with a Priest or Paladin!

    Introduction
One of the two major competing factions within Shattrath City, the Aldor represent the Draenei who were the original defenders of Shattrath. They have some excellent gear for the taking, as well as some inscriptions to place on your armor for some handy effects. The only hitch is that most of their reputation comes from item turn-ins. Don't fret, here are a few tips to your World of Warcraft success.
    Instructions

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Turn in Marks of Kil’Jaeden from Neutral to Honored. These will drop off most low-level demons in Terokkar, Nagrand, Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley. You can turn them in one at a time for 25 reputation or in groups of 10 for 250 reputation. You can start doing this at level 62.
    2
    Step Two
Turn in Marks of Sargeras from Friendly all the way to Exalted. These can be found on higher level demons in Blade’s Edge, Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley. They can also be found off mobs in instances such as the Shadow Labryinth. As with the Marks of Kil’Jaeden, they can be turned in singly or in groups of 10.
    3
    Step Three
Turn in Fel Armaments from Friendly to Exalted. Much rarer than Marks of Kil’Jaeden or Sargeras, Fel Armaments do yield 350 rep each, as well as a single Holy Dust which can be turned in for Aldor Inscriptions from the vendor inside the Aldor Bank. You can find Fel Armaments from mini-boss mobs in Shadowmoon Valley and Netherstorm, as well as some mobs in instances like the Shadow Labryinth.
    4
    Step Four
Do some quests. The Aldor have a ton of quests in Netherstorm, as well as a few quests in Nagrand, Shadowmoon Valley and Shattrath City.
    5
    Step Five
Find Sha’Nir in the Lower City if you’re looking to switch from Scryers to Aldor. She will ask for eight Dreadfang Venom Sacs in exchange for rep that will bring you from Hated to Neutral. The quest is repeatable, and Dreadfang Spiders can be found in the forest east of Shattrath. Note that this quest cannot be completed after you hit Neutral.

    ----------------------------------

    Introduction
Upon the Plateau of Enlightenment in Blade’s Edge Mountains, you will find Ogri’la: A haven for Ogres who have become more than their humble brethren. There are a ton of quests to run up here, many of which are five-person boss fights! There are also some very amusing and very powerful items to be had. So once you hit 70, stop on by!
    Instructions

    Things You'll Need

    * Flying Mount or 900 gold to buy one

    Steps
    1
    Step One
Look for the Ogre in the Lower City of Shattrath. He has you do some five-person quests in Blade’s Edge that must be completed before you can do quests in Ogri’la. Some of them are a pain, and most of them require a flying mount (which you need to visit Ogri’la anyway).
    2
    Step Two
Visit! Ogri’la is only accessible via flying mount, so you must be level 70 to enter. If you lack a flying mount, they can be purchased at your faction's base in Shadowmoon Valley for 900 gold.
    3
    Step Three
Do their regular quests. Ogri’la has a huge list of quests available, several of which are repeatable and highly entertaining!
    4
    Step Four
Wrangle some Aether Rays. This is a repeatable quest that yields 350 rep with both Ogri’la and the Sha’tari Skyguard. The trick is to fly low and beat the Aether Rays down to about 5 percent, then wrangle them. Bring a friend, you both get credit for each Aether Ray! This can be done from Neutral to Exalted.
    5
    Step Five
Go on the Bombing Run! This quest is too much fun! It's exactly like the Bombing run you can do in Hellfire Penninsula, only it yields more rep and is repeatable once a day! It yields 500 reputation each time you do it and if you bring a friend or group, you all get credit for each target hit. The only catch: You use your own flying mount for the run and you have to dodge some attacks headed your way. Have fun! This quest can be done from Neutral to Exalted.
