Grind Farmspot
I found that Grindspot/Farmspot in Suramar in a Temple on the Island in the southeast of the map 83/57.
Made it solo as DH Tank.
There are many nagas and they respawn there after u kill them nearly instantly.
You can fight simultaneously around 7-10 Nagas. When not more. Good for AOE.
When they die nearly instantly nagas will respawn and charge you what means you dont have to run around. Just stand there tank them and kill them.

More info please! How much can you get there? Raw gold drops and/or items? Are there any valuable drops there? Can you do this alone as tank or should you bring a friend or two for continuously grinding the spot?

The only Nagas in Suramar, are Armaments. Wowhead has no information on the exp and drops.

I made this as DH Tank solo, no problem. Maybe you can speed this up with friends, because i think, atleast it looks like they respawn very quick after they die, so good for group.
Couldnt testet it till, yet was alone.
To the loot, you get allkind of stuff, searched for loottable on wowhead, but also only found the thing zycamzip postet.
So only way to find it out grind it for 1-2 hours. I found it today and had not the time till yet to farm it a longer time.
The half hour i was there it droped good gold, green boe for enchanting. My shoulderenchantment also proct often.

The mobs inside the temple you reference are (Sashj'tar Scaleguard - NPC - World of Warcraft) and they are not easy to kill (elites) that drop no loot whatsoever. If I'm missing something please let me know what?
The Naga Armaments talked about above are an item scattered around the island that give you a 5 minute buff ability for 50 ancient mana, thus the lack of a loot table on wowhead.

I agree, I fish around this island often and have found these to be very inefficient farming mobs. The melee mobs have (at level 110) 1.5mil hp and are fairly armored and do not appear to drop significant loot (30 kills only 3 cloth even). What I have found however is that zones that are part of a world quest seem to be weaker.

I was around 20 min there. I found that wasnt so bad. Also that i was alone. With aoe you can take them down good and dropt me a few green boe for enchanting, cloths ancient mana and when you have leyline you can also farm by the side ancient mana.
I am not the expert in farmspots, but i found it was not bad. If it isnt that lucrative i am sorry for misinformation.
