Farming Aethril close to 5 stacks per hour

Ok as he title says this is going to be a guide how to farm Aethril somewhat efficient. What you need to do is to have Herbalism ( well ofc ) and for maximum profit you need Rank 3 ( if you don't have it using this way you should get it fast ). I found this spot by accident and I'm not sure if its any good but I found it to be very profitable considering 900 Aethril is worth 15-16k gold on AH and if you mill it you might get even more ( much more out of it ). And ofc the farm spot is in Aszuna.

So what you need is Server hop, herbalism, Tomtom ( to see your coordinates ) and Rank 3 ( again for most profit )

1. This is the starting position, you can see coordinates and location. Also I took a screenshot with bags open so you can see starting number of Aerhril I had.



2. Second Herb spawn, its like 5-7sec by mount so pretty close by



3. You can see that at the start I had 114 Aethril and after 30min I had 576, so in those 30min I got 462 herbs. Thats about 7.4k gold or close to 15k in one hour if I sell them as herbs, I sent those to my Inscriber and got 25 Sallow Pigment worth about 12.500g and close to 200 Roseate Pigment worth about 1000g. So in those 30min I got mats worth 13.500g, thats 27kg/hour.



So as I said i'm sure that this place isnt the best but for someone who doesn't wanna fight with random mobs and just wanna have peaceful farming it can be a great place to start. Also with changes how herbs work there is no more competition since everyone can pickup the same herb/flower. It would be great if others would post there places just to help fellow players.

Great place, thanks. I think i have found a better place if you are miner atleast. At 57.00, 61.73 there is two Aethril and also ores. Sometimes felslate.

Interesting, I tried server hopping but when I get into a group elsewhere the nodes don't appear.

This spot was very great, but to many people farm this spot now.... and to many Bots grind this spot now...

there is no guarantee that group you join has some one in Aszuna, press random again untill you see flowers...
And another thing, i'm trying to stand on one of the spots(or running between them) when server hoping. Because somehow some times nodes didnt shows on minimap.

True but if one person gathers a node after maybe 15 seconds it will disappear for ALL players.

Yeah I've seen the drop rate decrease significantly over the past few days. Thanks for the guide though, however next time it might be worth to post to Elite.
