Rogue: Cravitz Lorent in Dalaran sewers. Sells Dirty Tricks, Vol 1: Detection in limited supply.

Mages: Endora Moorehead in Dalaran. Sells in limit supply Dalaran Initiates Pin, Mystical Tome: Arcane Linguist, Mystical Tome: Illusion and Familar Stone.

Shaman: Elementalist Sharvak at the Throne of Elements in (The Burning Crusades) Nagrand. Sells Vol’jin’s Serpent Totem, Tadpole Cloudseeder, Raging Elemental Stone and Waterspeaker’s Totem (for restoration spec only). Also sells a tome for Hex: Comply and a new glyph.

For some reason I just can't believe that people would pay you to tell them where something is, that they can at minimal effort google. Damn if this is working for people, Well Played!

Cravitz Lorent in Dalaran sewers ; Found him while server hopping , first on a Russian Server (Pe6y something...) , than after a few disappeared and appeared on Draenor (EU)
He sells , Glyph for Rogue Requires Inscription 1 , so i had to bring there my mage too cuz i have insc only on the mage and requires Legion Mats to be made.

Rogue Tome as you said.

Priest Toy , that makes you confess (remember the old minor glyph :P )

Seems that the only thing u need to do is wait for him to spawn. During the camping i've seen ppl with detect invisibility potions , flares and old stuff but none worked.
