Hi, you can get medallion of the legion drops on Death knights at level 58,
Get your Death Knight to one of the rares

http://www.wowhead.com/npc=95044/terrorfist
and damage the boss and you could get a medallion,
It takes about an hour to level a death knight to 58, I have not tried this on smaller level alts but assume it works also.

I can confirm this works, also if you got flight licence you can also fly in draenor at lvl 58

Hi, you can get summoned by a friend. There is the HFC stone that could be used or the follower with the summon stone or even a warlock stone you could also get a portal to stoneshield and have a friend with a multiperson flyer taxi you around
