This is so old, and i've personally seen this posted on EVERY gold guide out there during MoP, youtube or otherwise. I mean i can see the appeal as you're 10 levels higher than the mobs = instakills, but still this place was never really THAT profitable, even back when the content was relevant - well perhaps early days when mats were selling for astronomic prices.

Not to mention all the mats sell for nothing except the harmonies and a quick check for region med. prices for EU says that at most the leather sells for 44s/each, which is bleh

Not to hijack your thread but you can make an easy 5k from just killing the 4 rares in Tanaan that drop the reputation medallions, i did this on all my chars 2 weeks straight and netted roughly 500k (11 chars, about 1 medallion each char, sometimes no medallion per char, for 14-15 days). Use realm hopper and spam the boss names until a group pops up, on average it took me 15mis to kill all 4 bosses and relog, i imagine with flying it'll take less.

Edit: you're also extrapolating from a rather small sample size. What if you got 4 amazing mog items that sold for 4k each during your small farm period? What if you had an insanely lucky period where you got a green every 4-5 kills? Would rate this spot at BEST 4,5/10, and there are far better spots found on pandaria or otherwise

that is very true dude, and yea but i never get the medallion drop. Only things i get lucky with is transmog drops like T1 drops :3
