nice buff in timewalking dungeon

Hello,
my guild just found out that the legendary cloak from mop still procs like it would in a normal dungeon which can be used for a nice increase of damage or healing

i sadly can't test myself but my guild chat is being spammed that it's a great help

there are probably more items like this !

All legendary;s can be used, its not something new and no exploit. You can use: Cloak / gems / ring / shadowmourne

i just had a mage in my grp with the back , his dps was 2.8 times our dps , i guess this shouldn't be intended

Extremely stupid logic.

This is intended AND common sense to anyone who knows what it means for gear to scale.
Definitely belongs in the "WoW Instances & Raiding" section. ( WoW Instances & Raiding )
People ignoring simple mechanics and stumbling across this thread doesn't make it any more of an exploit.

Btw and item that is really interesting to use in TW dungeons is the Kazzak trinket (the one that gives you +vers +mast +crit +haste +multi because you will get +14 of each stat when item scales down with is +70 secondary stat when an item like a chest is giving you +24 so it's kinda exploit
