Thank you. It was really informative. I will give it a try but I'm interested in your armory to see the gear. Tbh your mana was kind of endless for 630 ilevel gear and my mana is 0 most of the time. Maybe a spirit trinket. No idea

I tried to abuse clarity of will as much as possible and only to heal when its really needed, like trying to estimate a bit whats going to happen in the near future, but its always a bit tricky some mobs can almost one-shot.

I was using the spirit enchant on my weapon and winged hourglass(the 640 version).

I would say this challenge is comparable with wave +-60 endless healing and might need a bit of practise.
