Gain Elemental Runes if short for Legendary quest

An easy way to make up a couple of runes if you're missing a few to get the legendary quest line, you are able to buy Rush Order: Mine Shipment - Item - World of Warcraft and the Herb Garden equivalent to make up. Fairly useful if you have an excess of garrison resources and mining stones to just churn out the work orders.

The Rush Orders seem to produce extra runes for other types of buildings too. Personally I often use for tailoring and rate seems ~5-10 orders to spawn additional rune, meaning when using 1 rush for 5 orders I don't get runes 100% of time, but every second use always gives runes.

The point of using your mine/garden is that you can substitute a small amount of GR to rush the orders, compared to waiting for the mission to get them.

Since in wowhead only appears to be the alliance side, Sergeant Grimjaw is the horde version

Edit: I got noone Elemental rune of my 5 attemps rushing the mine orders, seems pretty low chance thought.

On a similar note - I'm not sure which will be the next part for legendary quest but I presume it has something to do with collecting stuff from the new raid and we will have a chance to get those items from the work orders aswell. Eventhough I have my 710 ring at the moment, I'm doing mine every day and stockpiling Draenic Stones. Once 6.2 hits, I'll use all my Draenic Stones (will probably have more than 1k by then) and Rush Work Orders aswell to get a nice head start
