    100g an hour farming

people pay way to much for copper and bronze bars, wich are incredibly easy to find and make u can exploit that by farming copper and tin in these areas:

    dun moruogh (near Ironforge)

jasperlode mine and elwyn forest ( near stormwind)

those are where i found the highest concentration of ores and the most ores per ore (?)

smelt as many bronze and copper u can as long as u have full stacks of 20

sell in AH for about 1.5 to 2g for the copper and 2.5 to 5g for the bronze, worked really good after BC came out. dont know about now, good luck.
we watch u while u sleep... do not fuck with us.

On Khaz Modan, a stack of 20 copper bars for alliance buys out for 25s.
For horde, it buys out for 3.5g

For 5 stacks of 20 copper bars, I made almost 17g for horde. At lvl -6-

Real reason why copper prices skyrocketed when TBC came out was because of Jewelcrafting.

And b/c many ppl were re-rolling blacksmithing since there was finally a reason to do so.

    Re: 100g an hour farming

yeah, thats a good stradegy. higher lvls need the copper and bronze for stuff since they dont farm for it in their areas, it would be considered out of the way to go back to the low areas just to get the copper and bronze ores

Dude, I power-leveled my cooking and mining as high as I could right outside of Ogrimaar. Boars and Copper aplenty. Granted, that only took me up to like 30 or 40, but still, starting out that was a good bump AND I made bank.
Bob Of The Ram made my sig...I'm cool now!

    Re: 100g an hour farming

Will get you some quick money at early levels indeed, but to say 100G per hour is overkill...On my server the bars sell for 1-2G per stack. There's no way one could farm that many stacks in an hour to reach 100G...

    Still, nice trick!
