Hey,
so basically you buy Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater and disenchant it.
Yes, this Item is not limited and can be disenchanted.
One Sweater costs 22Copper. You need a lvl 5 character to learn enchanting. (Good for making Gold on a new server).

My Results of 15min:
375x Strange Dust - 1.64G per
37x Greater Magic Essence - 3.66G per

=3001.68G/hr

Macro:
/cast Disenchant
/use item:70923
/run BuyMerchantItem(8,1)
