Russians dont use paypal, you can add some money to werbmoney using credit cart.

I assume he was talking about the price Chinese buyers are currently offering, they again are selling it with profit so you wont find it that cheap on their site. just go to the trading section of this forum and open a thread, offering a better price than Chinese buyers ...

edit2: still nothing in my mailbox. i purchased by credit card since i had problems with webmoney registration. when i check the order status on Payu from webmoney it says "The order is under evaluation. Additional response is required from the customer."

not sure what it means.

i paid with credit card (webmoney had problem with my mobile phone number so i cannot registrate) but the payment got rejected for whatever reason.
