Lots of Honor quickly + Wrynn rep, gold and Ashran Items

Hello,
So basically in Ashran you can trade your Artifact Fragments for the same amount of Honor.

But this quest : Captian's Whistle who should normally reward you 100 Honors




Will instead give you 400 Honors


So for 100 Artifact Fragments you will have :
- 400 Honors
- 600 Wrynn Rep
- 30g
- 1 Captain's Whistle

Collecting Artifacts Fragments is pretty fast and easy in Ashran as you have many options :
- Group in a raid and you will receive few Fragments
- Kill mobs around will also give you like 1-3 Fragments per mobs

- And I think the best option is collecting treasures in Ashran.
These treasures will repop after a moment, I think its very random. You will loot between 10 and 100 fragments and lots of buff items for Ashran.

You will also loot Scroll of Town Portal who permit you to tp in your base without dying. Don't die or you will lose half of your collect.

Working as intended I think.

Hotfixes were applied.

Turning in an Artifact Fragment now awards 3 Honor Points per fragment (up from 1 Honor Point).

In addition to

Fortune Favors the Bold has been increased to 100% additional Honor Points and Artifact Fragments (up from 25%).

and

Turning in an Artifact Fragment now awards 5 reputation points per fragment (up from 1 reputation point).

Roccatex Oh yep didnt see these update notes, but the strange part is that the quest still show a 100 honor reward, and others quests (for ancient, demo, etc.) still give 1 honor for 1 fragment
