Now that the changes in 6.0.2 are out, you can now exchange Ink of Dreams for any other ink you'll need for levelling by talking to the vendor next to the trainer.

Total Mats Required: 594x Ink of Dreams (This is approximately 2400 milled herbs) + 9x Starlight Ink/90x Ink of Dreams

1-25 - 24x Scroll of Intellect (24x Moonglow Ink)
25-127 - 34x Research: Moonglow Ink (102x Moonglow Ink)
127-202 - 25x Research: Lion's Ink (75x Lion's Ink)
202-301 - 33x Research: Celestial Ink (99x Celestial Ink)
301-391 - 30x Research: Ethereal Ink (90x Ethereal Ink)
391-451 - 20x Research: Ink of the Sea (60x Ink of the Sea)
451-526 - 25x Research: Blackfallow Ink (75x Blackfallow Ink)
526-595 - 23x Research: Ink of Dreams (69x Ink of Dreams)
595-600 - 3x Shoulder Inscription (9x Starlight Ink)

Well i think you can exchange Ink of Dream for any other older inks since MoP started. The only thing that change in 6.0 is the researching method = =

Actually, its not technically possible to do it with 600x Ink of Dream.

The Ink of Dream Research stop giving 3x skills on 595, then we need to craft 3 times Greater or Secret Shoulder enchants, which are same mats, but give 2 skill-ups only, so the total mats are 603x Ink of Dreams.

Already made a private HB profile for it.

I arledy posted the other guide into the same thread, where I was able to make it from 567 Ink of Dream. I gonna make it on one of my another character to double check it.
