World Drop Farming Spot?

If you were after a world drop from Cata, maybe even MoP, where would be the best place to farm with fast or instant respawns where you could just grind for hours to give yourself the best chance of getting it?

I recommend clearing Bastion of Twilight's first room or trash and resetting if you going for epics in general
